Free self-guided online parenting course, with certificate, for parents of neurodivergent children, including those with autism and ADHD The course covers responsive and low demand parenting strategies, managing change and transitions, communication, distressed behaviours, sensory issues, carer burnout, looking after yourself and more. This online course has been written by parents and experienced parenting professionals with years of experience supporting families with relevant issues.

This course is aimed at parents and carers of neurodivergent children, teens and young adults whether there is a diagnosis or not.
Modules on this course
This course is designed to support you with compassionate, practical strategies that meet your and your child’s unique needs. The parents who have created this course understand the challenges, small wins and the overwhelming moments and have lived experience of raising neurodivergent children, teens and young adults. The strategies and tools come from real-life experience.

How does the course work?
All the modules are filled with helpful strategies and tools created to support you as you navigate parenting neurodivergent children.
This is a self-guided parenting course, which you can do whenever and wherever suits you and work through it at our own pace.
The course is a mixture of text, images, interactive elements, videos and quizzes. You can do it on a mobile, tablet or computer. You’ll get a downloadable certificate when you complete the course.
The course takes approximately 3 hours in total. You have 60 days from registering to complete the course.
